A Superbill can be provided if you have insurance that is not currently accepted. This is a detailed, itemized receipt of services rendered that clients can submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement.
4 / No Surprise Billing
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are choosing to not use insurance "an estimate of the expected charges" for medical and mental health services.
5 / Crisis and Emergencies

The Shoreview Professional Building provides a wheel chair accessible sidewalk and ADA push plate to open the door to the building on the east side of the building. There are wheelchair accessible restrooms.
