Drawing from my health psychology training, I use evidenced-based behavioral approaches to help individuals harness their potential and modify behaviors that are causing deleterious effects to their physical and mental health. Wellness coaching is customized, collaborative support. Working with me, you will be provided with clear direction and ample support.
